Jinitkumar (Jinit) Patel is from India and currently studying towards his New Zealand Diploma in Travel and Tourism (Levels 5 & 6) at SIT’s Queenstown campus.

He’s always wanted to create a future for himself in the tourism, travel, and hotel field, which is why he selected his diploma course. And choosing to complete it in the tourist hub of Queenstown, it couldn’t be better, with the best of what’s on offer in NZ’s adventure tourism market right on his doorstep.

The diploma programme aims to develop students into graduates who have the skills and knowledge to work as senior operators in the hotel, tourism, and travel industries, or progress to further study.

Jinit says he’s enjoying studying all the subjects in his diploma programme, but he’s especially enjoying all the marketing papers and management-related subjects.

He says the highlight of his course is the support he receives from not just from his tutors, but all the staff at 星空天美MV视频播放Queenstown.

“All my tutors are very knowledgeable and helpful in every situation”.

“At SIT, all staff members are always ready to help their students. And they’re giving us an opportunity to explore personal skills as well as develop new skills”.

Jinit is studying to achieve his future goal of opening his own tour company, and said he can see how his qualification will help him to succeed in realising this ambition.
